So, I was fooling around and installed OpenSSH 4.3p2 using darwinports on my PowerBook. Something got hosed up, because I suddenly couldn’t connect to my own machine any more when I entered the following:<\/p>\n

To fix this issue, I had to do the following:<\/p>\n

Brad-and-Tinas-iMac:~\/.ssh bschwie$ sudo mkdir \/var\/empty
\nBrad-and-Tinas-iMac:~\/.ssh bschwie$ sudo chown root:sys \/var\/empty<\/p>\n
