Just turn the water supply off, lift off the green plastic cover to access the ballcock cap &#8211; I cleaned it, but the hissing continued after it was reassembled and the water supply turned back on.<\/p>\n<p>Ballcock cap is listed as THU302 &#8220;Diaphragm Cap &#8211; Lavelle&#8221; in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schwie.com\/brad\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Not-sure-if-this-parts-list-should-be-followed-found-on-web.pdf\">older parts list from 2008<\/a>, but it appears removed from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schwie.com\/brad\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/PD-00191_CST416M.pdf\">Toto&#8217;s 2017 parts list<\/a> &#8211; go figure. Park Supply of America sold me a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parksupplyofamerica.com\/Lavelle-Ind.-Inc.-Korky-528-Ballcock-Cap-Assembly\">Lavelle Industry Inc. Korky R528 Ballcock Cap Assembly replacement<\/a> (UPC 749306528039) that was easy to install and immediately corrected the issue.
